Who we are

This site is run by Swamp Pop Festival, c/o Mama G’s Bar & Grill, 7540 Hwy 182 E, Morgan City, LA 70380.

If you have a question about anything on this page, or you want to know what we hold about you, write to us at [email protected]. You can also call Kolin Leonard on 985-519-4799, though email is better for anything you want a written answer to.

What you send us

Two forms on this site collect information, and both are optional. Nobody has to fill in either one to read the site.

• The sponsor form asks for your business name, your first and last name, your email address, your phone number, the sponsorship level you are interested in, and any notes you want to add.
• The vendor form asks for your business name, your first and last name, your email address, your phone number, your vendor category, what you sell, whether you plan to stay set up overnight, your website, and your social media links.

Both forms are hosted by HighLevel and submit to a system operated for the festival by The Bearded Marketer. We use what you send to reply to you and to arrange your sponsorship or your booth.

Submitting either form does not add you to a marketing list. We reply to you about the sponsorship or the booth you asked about, and that is all we use it for today.

If that ever changes, we will ask you first. We will not start sending marketing email or text messages to people who only filled in a form, without asking for that separately and getting a yes.

What this site records automatically

The site is built on HighLevel. When we checked this site on September 14, 2026, HighLevel set one cookie called msgsndr_id and stored three values in the browser whose names begin v2_session_history, v2_history, and v2_contact_session.

HighLevel's own cookies policy lists msgsndr_id under analytics and describes it as a LeadConnector cookie used to manage affiliate links and split testing, lasting up to a year. That is their description of it, at gohighlevel.com/cookies-policy.

The three v2_ values are not described in that policy. We can tell you they are set, and we cannot tell you what the platform does with them, which is a limit worth stating rather than filling in.

The site also loads a script from static.cloudflareinsights.com, which belongs to Cloudflare.

That script is Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare's own documentation describes it as privacy-first analytics that counts page views and visitors using the browser's Performance API, and says it does not collect or use the personal data of the people who visit. That is Cloudflare describing their own product, at developers.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/about.

There is no Google Analytics on this site and no Meta or Facebook pixel. Checked on September 14, 2026.

Who else handles it

• HighLevel, the platform this site and both forms run on.
• The Bearded Marketer, who built and maintains the site and the forms for the festival.
• Cloudflare, whose script the site loads, described above.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with sponsors, with vendors, or with NICS.

How long we keep it

We keep sponsor and vendor enquiries for three years. After each festival we go through them and delete anything older.

You do not have to wait for that. Email us at any time and we will delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at [email protected] and we will answer.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Your browser controls that, not this site.

Children

The festival is for all ages and families are welcome at it. The two forms on this site ask for business details, so they are not aimed at children.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
